Joshua Haines serves as Chief Systems Engineer for OCA GEOINT and Senior Manager of OCE Operations at SAIC, overseeing over 85 system engineers across multiple domains. Prior to SAIC, Joshua held key positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, including Senior Army Departmental Requirements Officer, where leadership spanned planning and evaluation of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) for the Army. With extensive military experience, Joshua commanded an Army GEOINT Battalion and coordinated intelligence operations in various capacities, including serving as an Intelligence Officer during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
