Jane Ormerod has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Analytics at SAIC since April 2013. In this role, Jane leads efforts to connect customers with exceptional talent, enhancing the company’s success through strategic hiring practices. Prior to this position, Jane held roles at SAIC as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and at CGI as Director of Talent Acquisition. Jane's earlier experience includes various recruitment-related positions with Perot Systems Government Services, CACI, Central DuPage Health, Tellabs, and Volt, culminating a robust career that began in the Missouri Air National Guard as a Recruiter & Personnel Specialist. Jane holds a degree from Lindenwood University, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
