Dwayne Tornabene CTFL has extensive experience in public safety, holding positions at SAIC since October 2010 as a Public Safety Systems Team Lead/Task Manager and Public Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing support for various United States Marine Corps projects. Prior to this, Dwayne served as a Public Safety SME for the United States Marine Corps from 2010 to 2013 and as a State Trooper for the South Carolina Highway Patrol from August 1989 to October 2011, where responsibilities included investigating criminal activity and traffic collisions, and serving on the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team. Additional experience includes providing court security and prisoner transport for the US Marshal Service in Charleston, SC, from 1989 to 1995. Dwayne's education includes training at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and degrees from Roger Williams University and Tasis Hellenic International.
