Arnel Jalbuena is a retired Principal Aerospace Engineer with extensive experience in aerospace project support and quality management. During tenure at SAIC from August 2003 until retirement, Arnel played a vital role in technical support at Johnson Space Center, contributing to key project reviews and acceptance processes. Prior experience as a Quality Manager at Innova Electronics involved the successful implementation of a Safety, Reliability, and Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 certification. Arnel also served as Director of Certification Operations, Certification Engineer, and Lead Auditor at ABS Quality Evaluations, overseeing certification processes and operations management. Earlier in the career, Arnel worked as a Product Support/Component Engineer at Smiths Industries, providing essential support for military aircraft production. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
