Shalmi Patel has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Manager of Executive Compensation at Saia Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Shalmi Patel worked at Artivion, Inc. from May 2019, holding positions including Global Equity, Compensation Program Manager and Total Rewards Specialist. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at E*TRADE from June 2011 to April 2019 as Compensation Manager and Senior Equity Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included managing internal equity for all employees and overseeing the company-wide E*REWARDS program. Shalmi Patel began the career as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Exide Technologies from March 2002 to June 2011.
