Zachary Kingen has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Exact, where they set up and deployed servers using VMware vSphere. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Systems Administrator at The Cambridge Institute of International Education, where they were responsible for creating the company's domain infrastructure from scratch and configuring various IT backbone components. Following that, Zachary worked as the Manager of Information Technology at Red Oak Sourcing from 2017 to 2019, focusing on system administration and providing leadership and mentorship within the IT department. Currently, they are employed as the Information Technology Services Manager at SAI360, where they handle server management, operating systems, and various software platforms.

Zachary Kingen completed their Master's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University in 2006. Zachary also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Contemporary Business Practices from Inver Hills Community College.

In addition to their degrees, Zachary has obtained several certifications. Zachary is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², which they obtained in December 2022. Zachary is also a Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) certified by EC-Council, acquired in August 2022. Zachary became a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) in January 2020, also certified by EC-Council.

Zachary has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Core Infrastructure in September 2019, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure in September 2016, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows Server 2012 in October 2013, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows 7 in April 2012, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows Server 2008 in April 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) - Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7 and MCITP - Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008, which were obtained in July 2011. Zachary also has certifications as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCSA) - Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration, MCTS - Windows 7, Configuration, and MCTS - Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, all acquired in July 2011.

Zachary's other certifications include Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician obtained in June 2008, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching acquired in July 2008, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless obtained in June 2011.
