Mahesh D Hegde is an experienced professional in the insurance and risk management sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sahouri Insurance since July 2021, specializing in employee benefits, commercial risk, and personal lines. Previously, Mahesh founded and led Pantheon Consulting Group Ltd. as CEO from June 2017 to 2021 and held significant roles including Country Head of Broker Distribution Channel at Al Rajhi Takaful and Country Head at Aetna. Additional experience includes serving as Employee Benefits Head at Marsh and Senior Executive for the South Asian Initiative at UnitedHealth Group, as well as starting a career as a Financial Advisor at MetLife. Mahesh holds a Master’s degree in Risk, Crisis, and Resiliency Management from the University of Portsmouth, alongside a Master's in Mass Communication from the New York Institute of Technology and a Professional degree in Healthcare Management from AHIP.
