Raffaele also worked as a consultant and held various managerial positions at Contact Center Italia S.r.l., Mediaset, Advert srl, Assist Digital, and Covisian, where responsibilities included customer account management, site management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Raffaele holds an education from Scuola Normale Superiore.
