Prior experience includes founding LeadsCommunity.com, where industry professionals exchange insights, and holding managerial roles at Ram Realty Services and Woolbright Development, successfully leasing numerous shopping centers and implementing innovative leasing strategies. Hue Chen began a leasing career as a Senior Leasing Associate at Terranova Corporation, where extensive leasing experience was gained across various high-profile properties. Hue Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
