Marguerite Estwick has extensive experience in human resources and business advisory services. Marguerite served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Sagicor Life Inc starting in 2003. Prior to that, they were a Manager in Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1997 to 2003. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Consultant at Preudhomme Estwick Associates Inc since July 2023.

Marguerite Estwick holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Marguerite also obtained a Certificate in Labor Administration from the same institution.
