Bobby Heir is an experienced sales and business professional with a diverse background in inside sales management, account management, and business operations. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Manager for Sage, Bobby oversees an inside sales team focused on OB retention since January 2016. Bobby's prior roles include managing an account portfolio and leading an inside sales team, demonstrating expertise in generating revenue, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing sales offerings. As the Managing Owner of Firesound Entertainment, a company specializing in event services, Bobby is responsible for business development and event operations. With previous experience at BC Liquor Distribution Branch, RBC, and Vancity, Bobby has a strong track record in client relations and exceeding sales targets. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Simon Fraser University and an Associate's degree from Douglas College, complemented by a diploma in Broadcasting Performing Arts from Columbia Academy.
