Pamela Herbster is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sage Therapeutics since August 2019, Pamela oversees the HR business partner function for the entire organization. Previous positions include Senior Director at EMD Serono and several HR leadership roles at Biogen Idec, where Pamela supported large R&D teams and G&A functions. Early career experience includes key HR positions at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Franchise and Neutrogena. Pamela holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
