J.T. Adams has extensive experience in engineering and management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Area Director of Engineering at Sage Hospitality Group since September 2017. Prior to this role, J.T. held the position of Director of Engineering at Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael for a brief period in 2017 and served as Director of Engineering at Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa from March 2015 to January 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Engineer at Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa, Dual Chief Engineer at Residence Inn by Marriott and Fairfield Inn by Marriott from March 2013 to March 2015, Warehouse Supervisor/Ranger Technician at Guns Fishing & Other Stuff from April 2007 to November 2012, and Engineer at Residence Inn by Marriott from April 2006 to December 2007.
