Philippe Errera is a seasoned diplomat and international relations expert currently serving as Directeur groupe international et relations institutionnelles at Safran since June 2023. Previously, Philippe held various senior positions at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, including Directeur général des affaires politiques et de sécurité from October 2018 to May 2023, and Ambassadeur auprès de l'OTAN from January 2011 to July 2013. Philippe also worked at the Ministère des Armées in roles such as Directeur général des relations internationales et de la stratégie. Notably, Philippe completed an extensive solo hike of 2,650 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2018. Philippe's early career includes diplomatic roles both in the U.S. and at the French embassy in the United States, complemented by a solid educational background from ENA and Sciences Po.
