Kerry Setlla is the Head of HR at Safran Electrical & Power UK, serving since December 2021 and playing a crucial role in both strategic and operational HR functions within the high-tech aerospace manufacturing sector. In 2020, Kerry led a significant business restructuring in response to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to this, Kerry held various positions including Regional Sales Manager at Navi, managing sales and business development for trade waste in the commercial sector, and Complaints Manager at Santander UK, overseeing a team handling customer complaints. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Manager at JTS and Key Account Manager at Hopin. Kerry holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University, completed in 2010.
