HouKit Sam, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Industrialization at Safran, leading Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling and Testing, and Continuous Improvement Teams for the WWS division. Previously, HouKit held key positions such as Site Engineering Manager at PPG, where leadership focused on engineering, facilities, and maintenance teams to enhance product quality and efficiency in aerospace segments, and Site Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, directing manufacturing engineering teams for military programs. Other experience includes roles in manufacturing engineering leadership at ITT Inc., Moog Inc., and Industrial Parts Depot, among others, showcasing a strong background in strategic planning, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and Western Michigan University, respectively.
