Aran Taylor is an experienced aerospace professional with a background in certification and testing for aircraft interiors. Currently serving as Head of Test at Safran since November 2019, Aran manages a skilled team focused on static, abuse, and reliability testing in compliance with CS/FAR 14 Part 25 regulations. Prior to this role, Aran worked as a Certification and Test Engineer at SWS Certification Services Ltd, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and flammability specifications for both fixed wing and rotorcraft interiors. Aran's earlier experience at Zodiac Aerospace included positions as a Mechanical Certification Engineer and Graduate Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with FAA and EASA regulations and conducting product stress analysis. Aran holds a Master's degree in Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Birmingham.
