Marina Law is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Saffery since September 2023. Previously, Marina held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition for Wavemaker and Mindshare from January 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition at Sotheby's, where Marina developed a comprehensive talent acquisition structure for the EMEA region and collaborated with senior executives to enhance recruitment strategies. Marina's background also features leadership roles in compliance recruitment at Taylor Root and The SR Group, as well as compliance consulting positions at Robert Walters and Morgan McKinley. Marina's career began with a focus on investment management compliance recruitment, establishing a strong foundation in the sector. Education includes attendance at Downe House from 1996 to 2000 and Farleigh School from 1989 to 1995.
