Hansel de Villa is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently employed at Safeway Philtech Inc. since March 2014, Hansel manages first call resolutions for software and hardware issues as a Desktop Support Specialist. Previous roles include Technical Support Representative positions at [24]7, SPi Global, Sitel, and Stream Global Services, where Hansel addressed customer concerns for major brands such as Time Warner Cable, Dish Network, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell. Additionally, Hansel served as a Government Elected Official on the Barangay Council, overseeing local projects and acting as head of the Budget and Appropriation/Public Works Committee.
