Sid Sheng is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development, team management, and architecture across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SafetyCulture since October 2024, Sid previously held the position of Engineering Manager at PLAYGROUND XYZ, overseeing a team of seven engineers while working on the Attention Intelligence Platform. Prior experience includes roles such as Tech Lead for the localisation team at SafetyCulture and Lead Software Engineer at DocsCorp, focusing on cloud accessibility and product development. Sid began a career in software development at Honeywell Process Solutions and SMARTS Group International, and has a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Technology Management and an Engineering degree in Software Engineering from UNSW.
