Dow Ragan is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Loss Portfolio Transfer Claims Manager at Safety National since May 2022. Prior to this role, Dow accumulated over a decade of experience at Gallagher Bassett, advancing from Claims Supervisor to Branch Manager and ultimately to Assistant Vice President - Carrier Practice between November 2011 and April 2022. Earlier in the career, Dow worked at AIG from May 2004 to November 2011, progressing from Claims Adjuster to Claims Supervisor. Dow Ragan holds degrees in Insurance and Marketing from Illinois State University.
