Victor Kats is a seasoned professional in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Head of SEMCAP Health since October 2021. In addition, Victor holds the position of Observer on the Board of Directors at SafeRide Health and has been a member of the Board of Directors for UNC Health Foundation since July 2020. Previous roles include positions on the Board of Directors for Cedar Gate Technologies, VisitPay, Vivify Health, Phreesia, Voalte, and Get Well, with several of these companies reaching significant milestones such as acquisitions and IPOs. Prior to these roles, Victor was the Healthcare Technology Practice Leader at Ascension Ventures from June 2009 to October 2021. Academically, Victor earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
