Jay Ramirez serves as the Property Manager for Safer Foundation since November 2024 and previously held a similar role at The Resurrection Project from February 2021 to December 2024, overseeing the operations of 303 diverse residential and commercial units. As President of Sierra Madre, Inc. Consulting since November 2006, Jay Ramirez founded a minority-owned business that successfully organized numerous election campaigns for candidates at various governmental levels. Additional experience includes managing 98 affordable housing units at Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation from January 2019 to December 2020, achieving a 100% lease-up for new developments within six months, and holding the position of Assistant Property Manager. Jay Ramirez holds educational credentials from Northern Illinois University and Monmouth College.
