Annette Hoffman, MS, PT, CDP, CFPS, currently serves as the Senior Clinical Success Manager at SafelyYou, where responsibilities include engaging in special projects and fostering the growth of the Clinical Success Manager team through education. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Navigator at Post Acute Medical, where Annette significantly increased patient referrals and admissions, and as a Physical Therapist at both Vrable Healthcare and Professional Therapy Solutions, focusing on quality patient care and customized treatment plans. Annette held managerial roles at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, overseeing outpatient rehabilitation growth and staffing, and previously co-founded Great Size Graphics. Annette earned a Master of Science in Allied Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University.
