Charles Webb Jr., MBA, is an experienced Store Manager currently employed at Safelite AutoGlass since September 2022. Previously, Charles held similar managerial positions at Ross Stores, Inc., and Burlington Coat Factory, where responsibilities included financial and operational oversight of multi-million dollar retail locations and overseeing new store manager training. Charles began a professional journey at Target as an Executive Team Leader and also worked at UPS as a part-time supervisor, coordinating activities for a team of 22.
