Moshe Lichtman is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the tech industry. As the founder and angel investor at NGR Ltd since September 2011, Lichtman focuses on Israeli seed-stage startups that emphasize deep technology and impactful business propositions. In collaboration with Israel Growth Partners, co-founded in January 2012, Lichtman invests in growth-stage companies showing strong potential for category leadership. Previously, Lichtman served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft from 1991 to September 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing global business operations and founding Microsoft's R&D center in Herzeliya. Lichtman holds an MSc in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
