Michael Tu has a strong background in technical account management and system administration. Michael currently works as a Technical Account Manager at SafeBreach, where they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Technical Account Manager at Imperva from July 2019 to July 2021. From January 2013 to July 2019, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Sungard Availability Services. Before that, they were a Client Technical Lead at AT&T Hosting and Application Services from September 2008 to January 2013. Michael began their career at Symantec in 2002, first as a System Quality Analyst, then as an IT Operations Analyst, and later as a Sr. Systems Administrator, where they gained expertise in installing and configuring operating systems, coordinating hardware replacements, and managing application servers and storage systems.

Michael Tu attended the University of Oregon from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Sciences and Mathematics.
