The leadership team at SafeBoda has a history of working in consulting, financial analysis, customer care, and management positions at various companies. They have also founded their own companies and nonprofits. The team members have degrees in economics, business administration, law, urban planning, and electrical engineering from universities such as Oxford, Edinburgh, Rotterdam School of Management, Makerere University, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Université catholique de Louvain, and Bristol.
