Kelly Foley has several years of experience in the insurance industry. Kelly started their career at Progressive Insurance in 1989, where they worked as a Casualty employee until 2009. Following this, they joined Direct General Insurance as a Claims Representative from 2009 to 2010. Kelly then transitioned to the role of Litigation Specialist at Direct General Insurance, where they handled litigation claims and developed defense strategies from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to SafeAuto as a Litigation Specialist, and in 2018, they joined SAFE AUTO INSURANCE CO as a Litigation Specialist in their Staff Counsel Group. Currently, they are working as a Claims Auditor at National General Insurance Company, a position they started in 2022.

Kelly Foley attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1989, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
