Dave Cowan is an experienced professional in the field of transportation and community engagement, currently serving as the Consulting and Program Support Director at Safe Routes Partnership since November 2023. Cowan has held key roles such as Safe Routes to School Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included directing the Minnesota Safe Routes to School program and promoting equitable access to active transportation.
