William Richardson is the Senior HRO Advisor at Safe & Reliable Healthcare. William previously served as the Director of Technology at Maximized Living from August 2011 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the company IT, development (onsite/offsite/offshore), vendors, and customer service staff. William also oversaw the ecommerce solution for B2C and B2B clients and supported international events with registration systems and POS systems.

During their time at Maximized Living, William made significant contributions that resulted in increased conversions and ROI. William designed and launched new web properties for the company that increased conversion rates from 8% to 60%. William also deployed a CRM that integrated ecommerce, clinics, marketing, and sales, allowing executive staff to pull up-to-the-hour reports across all companies using tools like PowerPivot. Lastly, they simplified the server infrastructure with a mix of VM’s and Cloud base services to lower overall cost and management.

William’s experience in technology and web development makes him an invaluable asset to any organization. Their skill set and drive for success are sure to continue benefiting companies for years to come.

William Richardson attended Seminole State College of Florida and earned a certification from Cisco in Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security).
