Pamela N. Hootkin joined the Board in 2005. She is a retired financial executive. Until April 2012, she was Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation. Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from SUNY Binghamton and a master’s degree in economics from Boston University.
