Ralph Rosa is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Safe Fleet since August 2021, Ralph Rosa is responsible for advancing mission-critical technologies for firefighting and emergency services. Previously, Ralph Rosa held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Leviton, overseeing product development for commercial and industrial electrical devices, and led the engineering division at Honeywell Security Group, focusing on security solutions. Additional experience includes senior roles at Dealertrack Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and Symbol Technologies, where Ralph Rosa significantly contributed to developing enterprise-class products and software solutions. Ralph Rosa holds an Executive Certification in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
