Barbara Best has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting and resource coordination. As Principal at Harbor Environmental Review Services since 1997, Barbara Best has provided expertise in wetland permit consulting and related services in Pierce and Kitsap County. Additionally, Barbara Best serves as a Resource Coordinator for Safe Families for Children and held a position on the Board of Directors at Comprehensive Life Resources from 2012 to 2017. Barbara Best's background includes membership on the Mental Health Advisory Board at OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions and extensive previous experience as a Wetland Specialist at Talmo, Inc. and as an Aviculturist at SeaWorld. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology-Family Studies from Corban University and Associate Degrees in Veterinary Medicine from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
