Earl Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Safariland since November 2018, Earl Green develops and implements strategic business plans tailored to police and military organizations. As the Owner and Operator of Phase Line Green Tactical Inc. since 2006, Earl Green has created a nationally recognized training system for law enforcement and security personnel. Earl Green's previous roles include Manager of Security Services at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where Earl Green led a team of 35 security professionals, and Professor in the Law Enforcement Foundations Program at Everest College-Ontario, focusing on police foundations and investigative techniques. Earl Green's career in security began with the Ontario Provincial Police and includes significant roles in tactical operations and emergency response. Earl Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University and additional training in violent threat risk assessment.
