Kelvin Mutiso currently serves as the UX Chapter Lead for Financial Services (M-PESA) at Safaricom PLC, where leadership in the discovery and design of the Hustler Fund has contributed to over 23 million subscribers opting in and the disbursement of KES 52.9 billion. Prior roles include Product Designer at Kwara, where enhancements to the login/signup and loan application processes significantly increased user engagement and transaction volumes. Kelvin has held several design and management roles across various organizations, demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, product management, and web design. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Riara University and advanced UX Design training from the Interaction Design Foundation.
