Erick Otieno is a System Engineer at Safaricom PLC since November 2021, previously serving as a Cloud Engineer at Konza Technopolis Development Authority from November 2020 to October 2021, and as a Software Delivery Engineer at Huawei between July 2018 and October 2020. Erick holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nairobi, completed in January 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the same institution, obtained in September 2018.
