Brandon Bathauer serves as the Formation Pastor at Saddleback Church since November 2015, leading the Formation Team and its initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Spiritual Growth Pastor, focusing on discipleship and content development, and Associate Pastor at Irvine South Campus, where responsibilities included adult ministries and small group leadership. Brandon has also contributed to The Bonhoeffer Project as part of the National Leadership Team, Teaching Faculty, and Director of Online School. Previous roles at Hillside Community Church and Skyline Locations included directing young adult and junior high ministries and working as a location advertising photographer, respectively. Brandon holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and History from Azusa Pacific University.
