Austin Leone serves as the Head of Change Management for Google Workspace at SADA, where responsibilities include leading a global consulting team and overseeing complex migration projects. Prior to SADA, Austin managed Change Management at Wursta, successfully executing technology and organizational change initiatives while transitioning over 90 companies to Google Workspace. Austin's career also includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Applied Resource Group and a Data Analyst at Market Force Information, where analytics and stakeholder communication played key roles. Educated with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (coursework completed) and a Master's degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University, Austin has a strong foundation in psychological principles and data analysis.
