Domingo Zarzo Martinez, PhD, is a prominent figure in the water management sector, currently serving as the Founder and Member of the Water Positive Think Tank since October 2023. With extensive experience at SACYR since February 1995 as the Head of Strategic Projects and Institutional Relations for Sacyr Agua, Domingo has also held leadership positions as President of the Spanish Desalination and Reuse Association since June 2008 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the International Desalination Association since October 2017. Academic contributions include serving as an Associate Professor at the Universitat d'Alacant from September 2002 to September 2010 and research staff from 1988 to 1991. Domingo's educational background includes a PhD in Water and Sustainable Development and a Licenciatura in Ciencias Quimicas, along with certifications in Rock Guitar and Bass Guitar.
