Brian Kirby currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for SACYR in the United States and Canada, a position held since September 2016. Prior to this role, Brian was the Associate General Counsel for Ferrovial Construction from May 2013 to August 2016. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, obtained from 2001 to 2005.
