Pauline Bayati currently serves as the Director of Homelessness Prevention Partnerships at Sacred Heart Community Service, a position held since March 2020, where additional roles include Family Assistance Director and Homelessness Prevention System Manager. Prior experience includes various positions at HomeFirst Services of Santa Clara County from October 2014 to January 2020, encompassing roles such as Program Manager for Reentry Rapid Re-Housing, Shelter Manager, Program Coordinator, and Lead Case Manager for Supportive Services for Veteran Families. Pauline Bayati holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, completed from 2012 to 2014.
