James Scott, MBA, currently serves as the Traveling Retail Superintendent at Sachse Construction since May 2023. Scott's extensive experience includes roles as the National Warranty and Quality Assurance/Control Director and Regional Director of Customer Care Operations and Energy Performance at Mosaic from September 2016 to March 2023. Additionally, Scott has held various positions in customer care management, including roles at Mandalay Communities Inc and PulteGroup. Scott began a professional career in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer from September 1999 to June 2006. Educationally, Scott earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations and a certificate in Project Management.
