Candice Susak has extensive experience in training and development within the construction and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Empowerment at Sachse Construction since February 2016, Candice has focused on onboarding new team members, leading training programs, and enhancing mentoring initiatives. Prior roles include Market Fleet Supervisor and Member Services Associate at Zipcar, where Candice managed fleet logistics and customer service operations. Candice's background also includes service in AmeriCorps VISTA, recruiting and supporting K-12 teachers, and a production internship in festival logistics. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre from Baldwin Wallace University.
