Ryuichi Otogawa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology commercialization and engineering management. Currently serving as the Technology Commercialization Director at SACHEM, Inc. since February 2010, Ryuichi leads the technology team and quality program in Sachem Japan while managing projects across Asia. Prior to this role, Ryuichi was the Manager of Application Engineering at Corning Incorporated, where deep customer relationships were built through technical service and product development in the LCD market. Ryuichi also held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Oculus Innovative Sciences, overseeing machine improvements for clinical trials and competitive technology assessments. Earlier career experience includes managing production, sales, marketing, and R&D for electrolytic systems at Daiso co., ltd. Ryuichi holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Kyushu Institute of Technology, earned between 1982 and 1988.
