Rodrigo Sánchez del Río is a civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as a professor at GMO Educación Permanente since August 2024, Rodrigo has been actively involved with Saceem as a BIM Coordinator and Project Manager since February 2019, overseeing significant projects such as the Consolidación Muro Espaldón at Puerto La Paloma. Additionally, Rodrigo is a member of the Comisión BIM at the Asociación de Ingenieros del Uruguay and a contributor to the Grupo Educación at BIM Forum Uruguay Oficial. With prior experience in various leadership roles, including project management for multiple prominent infrastructure projects, Rodrigo holds a Master's degree in BIM Management from ZIGURAT Institute of Technology and a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de la República.
