Alvaro Rodriguez is currently serving as Gerente Gestion Humana at Grupo Saceem since January 2023 and has a longstanding tenure as a docente in the Master's program in Accounting and Taxes at Universidad ORT Uruguay since July 2010. Alvaro has extensive experience in finance and administration, previously holding the position of Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at GRINOR S. A. from June 2013 to February 2023, and held the role of Controller Financiero at Saceem from May 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included internal control and financial reporting. Prior experience includes Gerente Senior de Outsourcing at CPA Ferrere from 1998 to 2011, and a consultancy role at FERRERE Abogados during the same period. Alvaro also provided consulting services for Pepsi Beverages Company and served as interim Gerente Financiero at Microsoft Corporation for a brief period in 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Accounting and Taxes from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a degree in Accounting from Universidad de la República.
