Fidel Martinez, CSSGB has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations. Fidel most recently served as the Director of Operations at Swiss American CDMO since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Aloe Vera of America, Inc., overseeing operations, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, customer service, and distribution for their Dallas facility supporting a global supply chain. Fidel also served as the Director of Manufacturing, Multi-Site at United 1 International Laboratories from May 2018 to October 2020. Fidel has a background in manufacturing management, having previously worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Aloe Vera of America, Inc., where they were responsible for manufacturing food, cosmetics, and dietary supplements. Before that, they held various roles at Fresh Express, including Production Supervisor, Production Trainer, and Maintenance Technician. Fidel started their career as an Aviation Technician in the US Navy.
