Mauro Zappa is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and fermentation industries, currently serving as the Production Team Leader at SACCO SYSTEM since March 2024. Mauro has a strong background, having previously worked at Sacco srl as the Fermentation Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing large-scale industrial fermentation processes.
