Senthil Kumar is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Manager at SAC Wireless since May 2021, Senthil is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting processes, sourcing candidates for the Credit entity of Udaan.com, and managing stakeholder relationships. Previously, Senthil worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amazon, handling global stakeholder management for the Retail Business Solution, and served as an HR Business Partner at Axtria - Ingenious Insights, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for R&D. Earlier in the career at Cognizant, Senthil was involved in the full life cycle of recruitment for the APAC region. Senthil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sona College of Technology.
